چکیده

The use of carrier phase data is the main driver for high-precision Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) positioning solutions, such as Real-Time Kinematic (RTK). However, observations are ambiguous by an unknown number cycles, and their in RTK relies on process mapping real-valued ambiguities to integer ones, so-called Integer Ambiguity Resolution (IAR). goal IAR enhance position solution virtue its correlation with estimated ambiguities. With deployment new GNSS constellations frequencies, a large available. While this generally positive, medium long baselines challenging due atmospheric residuals. In context, solving complete set ambiguities, Full (FAR), limiting may lead decreased availability precise positioning. Alternatively, Partial (PAR) relaxes condition estimating vector and, instead, finds subset them maximize availability. This article reviews state-of-the-art PAR schemes, addresses analytical performance estimator following generalization Cramér–Rao Bound (CRB) problem, introduces Precision-Driven (PD-PAR). latter constitutes scheme which employs formal precision (potentially fixed) selection criteria fix. Numerical simulations used showcase conventional FAR approaches, proposed PD-PAR against generalized CRB associated problems. Real-data experimental analysis baseline complements synthetic scenario. results demonstrate that (i) valid lower bound assess asymptotic behavior estimators, (ii) technique outperforms existing solutions non-recursive baselines.

GPS + Galileo tightly combined RTK positioning for medium-to-long baselines based on partial ambiguity resolution

With the modernization of the GNSS, the techniques of multi-GNSS navigation and positioning are becoming increasingly important. For multi-GNSS double-difference data processing, a tight combination (TC) strategy can provide more observations and higher reliability, which emploies a single reference satellite for all observations from different GNSS. However, multi-GNSS will bring some challeng...

Multiple Carrier Ambiguity Resolution and Performance Benefits for RTK and PPP Positioning Services in Regional Areas

Based on original code and phase measurements to three or more ranging signals offered by future GNSS systems, this paper outlines geometry-free and geometry-based ambiguity resolution (AR) strategies for DD phase measurements and introduces the algorithms that improve estimation of zero-differenced (ZD) phase biases using a network of GNSS reference stations. Given three L-band frequencies, AR...

Speeding Up CORS Network RTK Ambiguity Resolution

An efficient way for the real-time GNSS data processing of CORS stations is to make use of a Kalman filter implementation. Using dual-frequency un-differenced carrier phase and code data as observations, the state vector consists of troposphere zenith delays, differential ionosphere delays, receiver and satellite clock errors and phase ambiguities. Satellite positions are computed in real time ...

Array-Aided CORS Network Ambiguity Resolution

Array-aided precise point positioning (A-PPP) is a measurement concept that uses Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) data, from multiple antennas in an array of known geometry, to realize the improved GNSS parameter estimation. In this contribution the ambiguity resolution benefits of A-PPP for antenna-array equipped CORS stations is explored. To demonstrate the performance of array-aided...

Precise Point Positioning with Partial Ambiguity Fixing

Reliable and rapid ambiguity resolution (AR) is the key to fast precise point positioning (PPP). We propose a modified partial ambiguity resolution (PAR) method, in which an elevation and standard deviation criterion are first used to remove the low-precision ambiguity estimates for AR. Subsequently the success rate and ratio-test are simultaneously used in an iterative process to increase the ...
